My mattress, the iComfort 4000, was delivered 3 1/2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it!! It's everything I hoped it would be! I got the plush, ultimate cooling. I've always been a side sleeper and due to hip issues was no longer able to sleep on either side. With my new mattress, I can finally sleep on my side again!! It's so incredibly comfortable and worth every penny! Thank you, Serta!

Great mattress. One thing, I'm 6'6" and 220 pounds. They will tell you the mattress won't dent "unless you're just enormous". Sooo. You have to flip it. I'm enormous apparently. After a few months the a dent that does go away but it does have to be flipped like a normal mattress. But it's an awesome mattress. We have garden variety aches and pains. Knee pain from old sports injuries. Nothing degenerative. FYI

I'm always amazed when I wake up in a different bed because I have no hip pain. Yet, when I'm home, I do. It's got to be this mattress. Can't afford to buy another one so I'll deal with it. I use to get in bed at night or wake up in the morning and think, this is so comfy, not with this bed. Also, the fabric is pilling.

Both my wife and my back hurts almost every morning. Hips and shoulders hurt, mattress gets hot and stays hot. It was not a cheap mattress. Looking forward to a new mattress and I can guarantee you it will not be a Serta imattress.

Worked for us for a couple yrs then noticed lack of support. There is a definite slope in the mattress but they don't care. Been back to the store, etc etc. They do not honor their warranty. We havr only had this mattress 5 yrs & pd $1200.

We bought this mattress and within 6 months it had holes and a lump in the middle. After doing homework everything says Serra will not replace it unless certain requirements are met. Look up reviews on other websites because they have more genuine reviews opposed to the "this is great". We are sadly buying a new mattress after 2 years so I would recommend you try a different brand/line.

We previously had the IComfort genius in a queen size and we're looking to upgrade to a king. Unfortunately, Serta does not make this model any longer so we ordered the 2000 firm. At first we were a little skeptical since the genius version was awesome, and it took about a week to get used to. However, we now love it. It's so spacious and comfortable and provides great support. We didn't get the max cooling version, but bought a cooling mattress pad and it works wonders. While I wish the genius model was still being built, I'm am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone wanting a firm memory foam mattress.

This mattress is a pain to move since serta won't put a strap on sides, after a few months a creator formed and ever time I go to move the hole is so bad I have to struggle to move in return waking me up several times a night won't even donate this piece of crap going to the dump.

We purchased the CF-2000 for our Wilding wall bed at the suggestion of our salesperson. It's 12" height fit just perfectly in the wall bed yet it provides superior comfort, plush feel, and an excellent nights sleep! We are very happy we purchased the CF-2000 and highly recommend it for your mattress!

I recently decided to buy a new mattress because my old mattress was getting old. I had previously bought a high end Serta mattress which surprisingly lasted me 15 years. I looked at a number of different companies, but I made my way back to Serta and I am so happy I did. I love the support and comfort and I can't believe how much heat the mattress dissipates. I love it.

We love this bed so much that our most recent purchase was the third icomfort mattress we've bought. The first mattress we bought when we lived in another state and when we moved we gave the mattress to a friend because we weren't renting a truck to move. The second one we bought in our new home to replace the first one. And then we decided to upgrade our queen bed to a king, so we just purchased our third.
We really like the support the mattress provides. You don't sink into the mattress when you get into bed but it nicely supports your body with the memory foam. The mattress is cool and we love that we got the adjustable frame to go with it. It's a must have.

I can just say best bed ever I bought a queen size one that was small already because of kids wanting to go in so I decided to buy a normal mattress in which it was a serta brand that you can buy on Sam's club and it was nice at least when I tested it there and a couple nights after but then I started having lower back ache when sleeping looking to the ceiling and if I went sideways my collarbone would hurt this is after 2 years of usage for that Sam's club bed before covid hit. Then I had a co-worker with coronavirus thankfully I did not get sick but at that moment I decided to go to the other bedroom that had the queen Icomfort that we weren't using anymore for a week just in case I had the virus since I did not want for my wife and daughters to get it if I had it and to my surprise I slept so good at it that I would wake up that I was finally feeling rested with a whole 8 hours sleep vs the cheap serta model beds. That is when I decided to buy a king Icomfort and it was a no brainer no collarbone ache from sleeping sideways and no lower back ache for sleeping looking at the ceiling I believe this is a bed that everyone should have to improve their lifestyle. That's all from me I hope you have the same experience as me.

Very well made. Seemed a bit too firm but after a week or too it seems to have broken in and now for the first time in years I sleep with no turning.

Tried to buy the mattress with jcpenny. They gave me a 10 week lead time and cancelled the order after 2 weeks. Went direct to Serta, found the same mattress cheaper, and it arrived within 2-3 weeks.
Will be using serta for the rest of my beds, just bought my big dog a Serta dog bed!

This is my third attempt with a Serta mattress to sleep cool and not leave a ditch in the mattress. All three of Serta's choices have been disappointing. I finally found a cheap online foam mattress that actually does allow me to sleep cooler.

This is the most comfortable mattress! We have had it 8 years, and it is still just as sturdy and comfortable as the day we got it. My only complaint is I am a cold natured person, and this mattress really does help you sleep cool. I have to sleep with a heating pad to fall asleep, but my hot-natured husband sleeps nice and cool. For the price you can not ask for a better more durable mattress. I bet we can even get another 8 years out of it! So much for replacing every 8 years.

This mattress is so comfortable, once I lay down, I fall right to sleep. With my old mattress (and it was not that old), I tossed and turned a lot. Never crossed my mind that it might be because I wasn't comfortable. The 1st time I laid down on this mattress, I felt comfort. It was delivered the beginning of November. I still love it. Very happy that I took a chance and purchased it.

I'm really pleased with this firm queen mattress.
I like a firm mattress and this is everything I expected from this brand.
High quality mattress.
I have back problems and I also sweat a lot at night, this mattress is great for that. Made of carbon fiber memory foam and Gel active max memory foam, which is used to help draw heat away from your body and promote air flow.
I sleep so much better now.

This mattress is very comfortable and supportive. I am a back and side sleeper. Perfect firmness, were not make me sink into it but still feel softness comfort. I have more restful sleep with this cooling firm mattress. I sleep longer in one position without moving or tossing. This mattress stays cool for comfortable sleep. Amazing mattress.

We got this bed to use as a guest bed but after trying it out for a few days we like it better than our regular bed! We keep sleeping in the guest bedroom now! I love that when my husband rolls over in bed (which he does a lot-he's a restless sleeper) it doesn't affect me AT ALL. I can't feel him move around and there's no noise from the mattress. You can feel yourself ease into the mattress but can move around easily. It does sleep a bit warm, but all memory foam mattresses I've tried do.
One thing to know is it's a very tall mattress. Like really thick. We put it on top of our existing box springs and bed frame and it is very high off the ground. Not sure if the in-laws will be able to get into it safely. We will fix this by using wooden slats instead of a box spring, but then it might be too low? Just something to plan for. It's worth it, trust me.

Having previously slept on a medium firmness mattress with padding and a feather bed too, I woke up everyday sore. We opted for a firm mattress replacement. WOW, what a difference! While I have to admit at first the level of support has taken me some time to get accustomed to. I will say that it has provided me for some great nights sleep. The textured surface allows for air to channel giving it some level of cooling. While it is a memory foam and you should let it "breathe" for a day or two after unwrapping, the odor dissipates rather swiftly. I have not noticed any sagging and feel like I am in a new bed every night.

This mattress is amazing. It's firm but not hard and uncomfortable. It seems soft when you sit on it but once you lay down you can feel the firmness. If you sleep with someone that moves throughout the night, then you will not feel anything. It's a miracle! Highly recommended mattress. My parents have also slept in it and they had great nights sleep.

I wanted to use this mattress for a few weeks before writing a review- It has proven to be a very comfortable nights sleep after the first few nights. It took a bit , but now very comfortable. I sleep on my side and the mattress memory foam conforms nicely to my body. I like the firmer support as I have back & neck issues. Being slightly cooler at night a bonus too :)

I had een having a hard time sleeping, but not anymore. The icomfort is just that, comfortable! It's not too firm or too soft. The mattress molds to your body. My sleep has improved since sleeping on the icomfort. I would highly recommend it.

It is never so easy to find out the right mattress that could give you good comfort and the firmness you are looking for. CF2000 is a great mattress and it has exceeded my expectations from all aspects. It has the right level of firmness and still has the soft feel on the top for a comfortable sleep. It is the best mattress I have used so far. It also has great build with high quality material. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the a quality mattress.

Having slept on our new iComfort mattress for a week, we are looking forward to many more comfortable nights in the future. The quality of this mattress is high-end and the support thus far is excellent... no aches, pain or discomfort thru the night rolling over and very rested in the morning. I especially like that there's very little, if any, movement transfer when one of us moves. I am hopeful that this mattress holds up and does not develop body indentions where we most frequently sleep as I've noted in other reviews, but compared to other memory foam mattresses I've slept on, this one seems superior. One thing I will note as a negative is the off-gassing... it was pretty bad the first few nights and is still apparent after a week. I have ordered an all-organic wool and cotton mattress pad in hopes of creating a barrier between our faces and the mattress and am hopeful the off-gassing will continue to subside and soon be unnoticeable.

I really like this mattress. I have had it for almost a week and have slept on it the past 3 nights. I would have slept on it sooner but the mattress had a strong smell that lingered longer than I expected. I left it in my room without any mattress pad or sheets on it for 3 days with the windows open and ceiling fan on. I don't notice it any longer but I don't recall ever noticing this strong of a smell with any other mattresses I have bought. As for comfort, I love it! It is definitely firm and I new it would be but at first I thought it might actually be too firm. After a few minutes, my body felt so comfortable and relaxed on it that it no longer felt too firm, just comfortably supportive. I'm looking forward to many restful nights on this mattress!

As a larger couple, we tend to go through mattresses every few years, because of this we tend to settle on a cheap mattress but lesson learned. Quality really does matter and LAST. We have had this mattress now for a few weeks and each time we sleep on it, it feels like the first time. I love the way when you lay on it, its firm but contours to your body and feels soft and cushioned in the right places, then when getting up just bounces back into place. This mattress is so amazing, we personally don't even find a need for a box spring underneath it. We plan on upgrading all the mattresses in our house to this brand as these feel like they are made durable enough to last twice as long as our current mattresses. It really doesn't get any better.

This is the first tempurpedic mattress i have owned and i have to say i am in love! My previous was a spring pillowtop (poorly made) that fell apart literally within a year and gave me tons of back and neck problems. This serta Icomfort has been a blessing for me. Its extremely firm with plenty of support but also is soft enough for me to sink a bit and sleep soundly and comfortably. I was highly impressed with the quality of the mattress itself. Its heavy and well made. Appears that it will last a great while. I also love that it stays cool. My house stays warm especially at night and i have heat flashes as well from an illness but ive found with the icomfort i dont get nearly as hot as i did in my other mattress. Ive also noticed my back and neck arent as sore as they were prior to this bed. I can actually lay down and feel comfortable right away -no tossing around to find a comfotable position, no stacking pillows or removing pillows- its just ...easy. This bed is amazing and will give you the good nights rest you've been longing for!

This mattress is made very well and withstood my kids throwing themselves on it multiple times as soon as it showed up. It is soft and conforms to the body for more comfort. My only wish is that it was more firm. I have lots of back issues and so does my husband so for us, a firmer mattress really does help us sleep better. Overall it gets an A for comfort and durability and I would definitely go buy another one if needed.
