My mattress, the iComfort 4000, was delivered 3 1/2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it!! It's everything I hoped it would be! I got the plush, ultimate cooling. I've always been a side sleeper and due to hip issues was no longer able to sleep on either side. With my new mattress, I can finally sleep on my side again!! It's so incredibly comfortable and worth every penny! Thank you, Serta!

Great mattress. One thing, I'm 6'6" and 220 pounds. They will tell you the mattress won't dent "unless you're just enormous". Sooo. You have to flip it. I'm enormous apparently. After a few months the a dent that does go away but it does have to be flipped like a normal mattress. But it's an awesome mattress. We have garden variety aches and pains. Knee pain from old sports injuries. Nothing degenerative. FYI

We had this Mattress for 2 years, we now sleep in our guest room on a much older cheaper mattress that provide better comfort. Both my wife and I wake up with backpain after sleeping, We liked our older Serta Perfect Sleeper but they do not make it the same way as before.

Haven't even had the mattress 5 yrs, it is horribly warped on my husband and I side. I wake up with horrible back pain where it is already worn. The middle part is the only place where it isn't "warped " but is only a few inches wide. The manufacture stated it was supposed to keep its' quality for up to 10 yrs. I was excited to invest in a luxury hybrid bed, however would not recommend this one, due to how worn it has become, for the price we paid and in 1/2 the tine it was recommended to last.

I bought this bed 6 years ago. We were specifically looking for something that wouldn't sink in under my husband's 250 pounds, especially because that causes pain. We decided on this mattress with the king base that isn't 2 bases, just 1. Well the vibration went out in the top and then the bottom, so it doesn't work at all. The controller has also been replaced twice due to it quitting. The mattress itself has sunk in on my husband's side, badly. My side is sunk it too but not as bad as his. This is causing severe back pain. For as much as I paid for this bed it should have lasted much longer than 6 years. I'm so incredibly disappointed

Mattress was a lot more firm than the floor model at the store. Gave it a chance. Wish I could have returned it. There is no support in this mattress and after about a year it felt like there is a hole where I sleep and you can't even move around because you just sink back into the hole. The areas where I don't sleep are super hard compared to where I do. The area where I do sleep feels so fragile. Terrible sleep. Terrible mattress!!! Terrible quality!! $1700 for mattress and the foundation and it is not worth the money. The $500 Sealy plush pillow top mattress I had before this was way better quality! Wish I kept it. Also, this queen size mattress seems to be smaller than a typical queen because it does not fit right within my queen size bed frame. Wish I could return it and get a refund. It is SO terrible. Definitely do not recommend !!

I have been dreading getting a new mattress, you never know if you're going to love it when you get it home from a store. Never mind that trying to buy online during a pandemic makes things a bit more uncertain. I subscribed to Consumer Reports and this mattress received a B-, the ones that scored higher were out of my price line. I also looked at other online reviews and this mattress made it into a few of the higher rated ones. Not the hybrid, but the all foam one; to be clear. I've had the bed for about a month and it is firmer than my old mattress, but supportive and I have gotten a better nights sleep with this mattress than my old one. Relieved and Rested.

The plush gives just the right amount of comfort. I accidentally bought the medium (firm) for my home wanting to match with the mattress I sleep on at my vacation home. It immediately felt different but thought maybe it just needed some time to soften. Not feeling any more comfortable, I finally checked the tags on both mattresses after 4 months and they were of course different. 7 months later it has yet to soften any more than the day it was purchased. It is way too late to return it, as I have tried and the store will not do an exchange being over 100 days. It causes my neck and shoulders to hurt and my arms go to sleep every night. I have tried different pillows etc. but no luck in improved comfort. It is not terrible but I would definetly advise that it is a much firmer mattress than I would have liked. I do love the plush though, not too soft and firm enough. My husband says its too firm and prefers the plush as well.

I went through 5 mattresses before landing this Serta CF3000 Medium. Everything was either too soft or too firm. Then I found this one on display in a local store and knew it was perfect. If you are in the market for a medium-firm this is the mattress for you. For the first 3 weeks it's definitely a FIRM. But it slowly broke in and sleeps like a medium firm. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and both myself and wife are 140lbs each, so we needed something medium and firm at the same time and this mattress delivery. Very nice build quality. Motion control is fantastic. Never feel the other person moving at all. Not sure if the cooling technology really does anything once you have a mattress protector then a sheet on the mattress , but I guess it's good marketing. It feels cool to the touch but when you add 2 more layers on top , not sure how effective it is. But I definitely don't sleep hot in the bed, just not as cool as some of the marketing suggests. Overall I would definitely recommend this mattress to someone that needs that medium-firm feel and support.

We purchased this bed unfortunately from a clearance center, so there is no warranty. It seems with the extra cooling we still wake up on sweats. More than before. I purchased expensive cooking sheets to help. And we find ourselves tossing and turning throughout the night. We wake up feeling "sore". When we tried the bed I did a lot of research and tested them out in different stores. So now 4000.00 later we're stuck with a miserable bed.

We originally didn't go with this mattress, but in the end decided to give the memory foam try. I had just started to have pain in my hips in the third trimester of pregnancy while sleeping, and I haven't had pain since. This mattress is great! Great price too!

I tried this exact mattress in a local store before I ordered from Serta. It seemed to be more comfortable in the store and this beds supposed to have a cooling feature for hot sleepers. It feels like any normal mattress! Also, it feels like a firm instead of medium. As I said, I tried it in the store and I could feel a sink, but still stability. This mattress has almost 0 sink. It's not concrete, but it's not far from it either!

The Serta band mattress is made of very good quality and is certainly impressive. It molds to your body and just the right firmness. Initially there is a strong order when unpacked but it didn't seems to come through the sheets.

Finding a mattress that works for us both has been a challenge. He is a back sleeper that moves alot and I'm a side sleeper. Since I'm also a light sleeper, I wake often to him moving. Both of us noticed right away that we were sleeping better at night. He didn't toss as much and I couldn't feel him moving. Win Win situation! I was a little worried at first with the firmness of the mattress for my side sleeping. I've always used soft mattresses. It surprised me though. Firm, but it was soft enough for my comfort. I also noticed that my back pain has lessened as well. It's sturdy and holds it shape well which makes it comfy even if you sleep near the edge of the bed. We really love the cooling feature of the mattress. My husband is a hot sleeper, even in winter, and not once has he woke up sweating. Its almost a little too cooling for me, but I just compensate with an extra blanket on my side of the bed.
The only problem I had was the smell of the mattress when it was unwrapped. It was very strong and had to air out the room and mattress for a couple weeks before using it.

I have had this mattress for about a month now. I wasn't in love with it at first. It felt too firm for me, and very uncomfortable. Few weeks went by, the mattress aired out and softened up to medium firmness. I love my mattress now. This is my first time sleeping on a memory foam mattress, and I'm never going back to innersprings. The memory foam molds the mattress around my body and gives me the support I need. One thing that worried me about memory foam was how hot it'd be. Serta iComfort CF3000 has a cool-to-the-touch cover and UltraCold System with Carbon Fiber Memory Foam that keeps me cool throughout the night. I've never slept so comfortably. I'm very happy with this mattress, and I think it'll last many years to come.

I've had this wonderful mattress for about a month and I love it! It is the perfect balance of support and comfort! It has really decreased my tossing and turning because I just melt into it and it cradles and supports me. I highly recommend the iComfort CF3000 Medium mattress. I sleep so soundly and comfortably with this mattress. It is aptly named the iComfort. This is the first mattress I've really loved from the first night.

This mattress is incredibly comfortable with just the right firmness that makes me wanna go to bed earlier every night! I feel as am sleeping on the clouds and the memory foam hugs me everywhere yet still gives the right firmness and support! But to be honest my favorite part of all is the cooling features of this mattress which in my case has been a lifesaver! I have been getting night sweating since i gave birth to my little baby girl 2 weeks ago and my doctor said this might continue for the whole 6 weeks postpartum however since we received this mattress from Serta, and replaced our old mattress the cool to touch system of this one was just the cure! It absorbs all the heat from my body and keeps me cool all night! No more heat no more night sweating!! Cheers to many more peaceful nights to come!

I thought I had a decent mattress but have been experiencing alternating back and neck pain. Now I know what a quality mattress feels like. I've only been using it for about a week or so but I've already noticed a difference. I'm not getting the same sort of pain when I wake up, it's amazing. I am optimistic that this will continue. The mattress is firm yet is very soft and comfortable, it's easy to get in a nice sleeping position without much effort. I really like it cold while I'm sleeping and I can still use a light weight blanket now because this mattress doesn't add any additional uncomfortable heating sensation while I'm sleeping. It's a bit taller than my old mattress but my sheets still fit it fine. Highly recommended mattress!

My favorite thing about this mattress is that I do not feel my husband get in and out of the bed as he has to start work really early in the morning. He loves that the mattress keeps him cooler than our old one as he tends to sleep hot. The mattress itself is pretty comfortable while still being supportive as I received the medium-firm mattress. The only thing I didn't really like is the chemical smell that you have when you get a new mattress however I know that is pretty typical with new mattresses and it fades over time. All in all a great all-around mattress!

I usually toss and turn all night because I can't get comfortable with my back and hip pain from a car accident. This is the first mattress that has help alleviate that pain almost 100%. The mattress is firm enough to hold its shape and that you don't sink into it but soft enough to conform to the main pressure areas while sleeping. The bonus feature is the cooling feel that mattress gives off. No more hot sweaty nights. Overall, it's a great mattress and very comfortable.

I got this for my 13 year old who was having a tough time sleeping. The minute he laid on it he wanted to take a nap! It is the perfect combination of comfort. I'm very pleased with this mattress. When it comes to the softness of this mattress, it's for sure a medium but on the more firm spectrum of medium. It has just enough softness (roughly 4 inches of soft foam) that you aren't sinking into the bed when you sleep. Yet it's firm enough for us side sleepers that it gives you the proper support your neck and back needs. I seem to fall asleep faster sleeping on the mattress. I also love that this mattress doesn't retain body heat and keeps you cool throughout the night. I'm warm blooded so I can appreciate that! One downfall I have is the smell of the mattress when you first take it out of the shipment packaging. It had that factory off gas smell to it. It is expected when you purchase these types of mattresses. I let it air out for a couple of hours before putting fresh linens on. The smell fully dissipated after 3 days. Another possible downside would be that you might need to purchase deep pocked bed sheets since the mattress is on the thicker side but you can get by using your regular sheets. In all this is a great mattress!

I wasn't sure what to expect when we set this bed up in our frame but I had high hopes. My husband is a sleeping sweat factory and I keep trying different things to alleviate this issue. I've tried different blankets, sheets, fans, weighted cooling blankets, you name it.
So we put our sheets on the bed then later slept in it.
It is very comfortable, first off. I've been in so many car accidents that my poor back doesn't like many mattresses but I sleep nicely on this one.
It's cushiony but firm. Perfect.
But for the real test: can it keep Mr. Sweaty from leaving his patented wetness everywhere?
I'm happy to say so far so good! He's comfortable a I'm comfortable and I don't roll over into piles of sweat which makes me very happy.
If you're in the market for a product like this you need to give this a try, you won't be sorry.

If you're looking for a soft mattress, I would suggest you go one level softer than you truly want. I got a medium mattress and this thing is rock solid. It still has enough cushion that I didn't need to send it back, but it's something you should be prepared for. It is also a very thick mattress so you may need new sheets if you don't already own deep pocket ones. As far as the other features, the carbon definitely keeps you cool! I'm a very hot sleeper and this mattress feels cool all night. It is very plush and feels like a nice compromise between soft memory foam and firm springs.

So I ended up getting the queen medium firm mattress. This is so comfortable and I'm so happy that I got to have this. I don't like something that is too firm, nor, to plushie. I have had a lot of back problems and sleeping problems for a longtime so for me, having something comfortable is possibly a bit more crucial than some.I also am the person can have blankets on top-of blankets with their feet exposed or has absolutely no blanket but just covering my feet. It is very hard for me to sleep through the night comfortably with regulating temperature. It almost becomes frustrating to me. This has the memory foam which I already loved but what made an excellent mattress was the cooling gel so it allows you to have a more regulated temperature while you sleep and it just evens everything out. It gives you a more comfortable sleeping experience. I do have a spouse so what I love is that I really don't bother him when I get up from bed or move. I feel like this mattress will last a while and will remain very comfortable. Though I do not currently have the bed frame Allows you to customise your leg, had support, Etc, this mattress is compatible with those type of frames. In my opinion this would be a great mattress for anybody that likes the medium type of mattress is because it will provide the perfect support with the good amount of plush also. I would definitely recommend this brand but I would most definitely recommend this specific mattress. After looking through the stitching, the time and quality of this mattress, it is so worth it. Though I really love this mattress, this is not a concern at this time but I definitely wonder if the gel well last as long as a mattress without gel would last. Like I said I still feel this is an excellent mattress but this would be the only possible con I could possibly think might malfunction but this is just a theory, not something that has happened.

This mattress is so comfortable! I could just be imagining this but since receiving it I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. The only con I have is the smell the mattress had when I first got it. I can't even describe it, like chemical smell. Since it is my only mattress I couldn't just leave it outside to air it out. It took me 2 weeks to get rid of the smell. Now that the smell is gone it's perfect! Definitely recommend

I've been looking for a new mattress and this one is wonderful! It feels like I'm sleeping on a soft, but firm cloud. It supports me in all the right places. It isn't very bouncy, so children can't use it as a trampoline! It looks a bit bigger than my old mattress, but all my sheets and comforters fit very well on it.
I can't wait to take a nap on it in a few! If you are looking for a new mattress, you can't go wrong with this one!

This mattress is light weight and very comfortable. It is hard to find a mattress that is not too soft and not too hard that won't wear down quickly. So far, I have been surprised by the comfort and cushion with this mattress as a new mom who uses the guest bedroom more often that I should!

This is THE memory form mattress for you.
It's my 4th to date and wow...what a difference Serta makes. I'm mad at myself for ever choosing another brand. Ever.
The quality and craftsmanship are so far above any other it's just next level.
I got the CF 3000 in the medium firmness and it's just right. I feel like a Queen on my Queen mattress. I can finally look forward to a good nights sleep.
My back doesn't hurt anymore and unlike my old memory foam mattress, I'm not waking up sweating and hot. Yay!
The support is there and the breathability is outstanding.

The iComfort is the first memory foam mattress I've ever slept on. I wasn't sure what to expect. This is one of the most comfortable mattresses ever! It took me a day or two to find my comfy sleeping spot again, but once I did it was amazing. I'm a stomach,side sleeper and the iComfort just formed around my body. I had no pressure points on my knees or hip. I don't have a bad back, but occasionally it gets sore. Not once have I woken up with a sore back. Between the mattress having support and forming around your body, you can't help but have a good night of sleep. If you're worried about overheating in your sleep, don't be. I never felt over heated. I really like how the mattress just truly seemed to form around me. It really makes for well rested sleep. The hardest part is getting out of my bed in the morning, it's really that comfortable!!

After sleeping on the iComfort for a few nights I must say it takes a little bit to adjust to the support that this bed offers. But it supports by back like no other bed I've owed before!
When you lay down you can feel the gel-memory foam start to soften and hug your body, I am a side sleeper most of the time and my lower back was always aching but I am having l no more lower back pains!
One thing I will say about the memory foam is that it has quite a strong smell that you must let it air out for a couple hours prior to sleeping on. But most memory foam does have a smell to it.
Overall the iComfort gave me the best support my back has ever felt and was nice a cooling at the same time, the quality is amazing and I am looking forward to the best sleep I have had in a long time!

The iComfort CF3000 is the most comfortable bed I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on . The memory foam really feels supportive with myself and my husband both having back pain , It is very comfortable to sleep on .
The bed is firmer than I am use to but my previous bed was quite broken down , upon first laying down it feels firm but as you lay the memory foam really becomes softer and you become very comfortable .

I have been sleeping on the Serta iComfort CF3000 Medium for about a week now along with a couple of naps. I prefer a mattress that is not too soft nor too firm and this one hits the spot.
I have been getting peaceful sleep along with great naps, waking refreshed and ready to conquer whatever comes my way. The only problem I have is that my dog likes this mattress as well and thinks she should have the bed to herself.
